Orders
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order and will issue a full refund if payment has already been processed.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in pounds sterling and include applicable taxes where stated. Payment is processed securely through the payment methods available at checkout.
Shipping
Orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays or other circumstances beyond our control.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery.
To qualify for a refund:
- Items must be unused and returned in their original condition.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
The following items are non-refundable unless faulty:
- Commissioned or custom artwork
- Personalised items
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery if your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item. Include your order number and photographs of the item and packaging.
